Technical Support

Support is one of the essential services provided by eViewz' customer support professionals. Requests ranging from system usage to installation of new releases are handled by support specialists who are themselves expert users and administrators of the LearningSilo™ Suite of products.

Because eViewz is committed to complete client satisfaction and to ensuring that your project is a success from end-to-end, special emphasis is placed on technical support. Support is provided from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, via telephone, facsimile machine, email and downloads from the Web.

Online Support is available to eViewz clients by subscription only. It is an additional resource for user support and complements existing hot-line support and product documentation. Online Support is available 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week and may be accessed from anywhere in the world using only browser software.

To access Online Support you will need a User Id and Password. These will be supplied to you once you have registered for Online Support. Please note that a User Id and Password are required for access. If you are unable to gain access please contact a Technical Support representative at support@eviewz.com or via telephone.
